Technical Aspect

Technical aspect discusses the processes of production and the activities

of the entity. Moreover, this chapter determines whether the proposed

product can be produced at the desired capacity at the least possible cost.

This chapter discusses the product specifications, the raw materials used,

machinery and equipment used, production flow, production area and office

location with layouts, buildings and other facilities, the production schedule

and the production capacity, utilities needed, waste disposal means, and the

unit production cost.

PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

This study is carried to produce a washable face dust mask made out of

Activated Charcoal Bamboo Fabric and Microfiber Fabric. The bag is primarily

composed of the said fabrics to simulate the filtering capabilities present in

expensive washable face dust masks. Unlike the other existing masks, this

particular mask is Eco-friendly and with moisture wicking properties, drawing

away moisture and sweat in the nose and mouth area. The product has

antibacterial properties brought by the use of the Activated Charcoal Bamboo

Fiber. Furthermore, The strap of the mask is also adjustable allowing the

users to customize the strap length. The existence of existing competitors

moved the proponents to create an innovated version of the ones available in

the market.
