General Informations
➔ Please inform the speakers to upload their presentations in the Speaker
Center. Only in exceptional cases presentations can be run directly from the
USB stick.
➔ All presentations will be delivered over network to the laptops in the

session rooms. This can also be done during a running session .

➔ Please welcome the speakers, talk to them when they arrive at the

speakers desk or the chairmens table.

➔ Please help them to find their presentation(s) on the laptop.

➔ Please open the presentation for the speaker, close it and open the next

one for the following speaker.

➔ During the breaks run the break presentation.

➔ Is everything connected to the laptop?

5. Network cable
6. VGA-Kabel
7. Safety lock (code 2020)
➔ Is the laptop powered on and the user „English“ logged in?

➔ Is SpeechCon 3 Presenter running?

How to Start a Presentation
➔ Please use SpeechCon 3 Presenter for starting presentations.
➔ The SpeechCon 3 Presenter should always run.

➔ Navigate with the mouse through the sessions / presentations.

➔ One klick is enough, no double-click! Depending on the size of the

presentation, it will take several seconds to start.

Click on the presentation bar. If an autostart

presentation is set, it will run immediately .

...or open the a new window. Here you can see and start all
files uploaded from the speaker for this presentation.

When the presentation has finished please

switch to the overview with the arrow.

The „clock“ navigates to

the active session.

starts the break presentation

Special Shortcuts
➔ „esc“ stops the running presentation.
➔ Use „ctrl+F1 – Call Assitant“ if you have major

problems. This will light a button in the Speaker

Center and we will send a technician to your room.
➔ „alt+tab“ switch between running programms,

e.g. for using USB-sticks.

➔ „alt+F4“ closes SpeechCon 3 (normally not

needed)
