Prerequisite -
Objectives:
1. To calculate the reactive forces.
2. To analyse the structures.
3. To know the geometric properties of the different shapes.
4. To teach energy and momentum methods.
Expected Outcome:
Student will be able to
1. Solve the engineering problems in case of equilibrium conditions.
2. Calculate the reaction forces of various supports of different structures.
3. Solve the problems involving dry friction.
4. Determine the centroid, centre of gravity and moment of inertia of various surfaces
and solids.
5. Solve the problems involving dynamics of particles and rigid bodies
