LGBT Rights Resolution

Recognizing the UN Declaration of Human Rights
​ Deeply concerned that homosexuals, bisexual and transgenders must have their
rights protected and respected,
​ Aware of the persecutions of the LGBT community around the world
​ Seeking the solution of this issue the Belgian -------- delegations present this
resolution:

1) Condemns the Lgbt community’s persecutions and mistreatment only on grounds


of their sexuality or gender identity

2) Reminds all delegations present that all people are born equal independent of
their sexual preferences and gender identities, as it is stated in the Universal Declaration of
Human Rights.

3) Every person shall have the rights to be part of the LGBT community.
a.,Independently of where they were born
b.,Independently of their race

4) The LGBT community shall have all their rights acknowledged by all UN member
states
a., LGBT people shall be able to enter in the military
b., LGBT people shall be able to donate blood
c., LGBT people shall be able to have sex

5) People should be able to change their gender.


a., Surgery is required.
b., People can’t ever be forced to change their gender.

6) People 12 years old or older shall be able to legally choose their gender
a., Until undecided the person will be recognized as having the gender that
they were born
b., It’s permissible to be recognized as not-binary (neither male or female)

7) Requests that all people that practice mistreatment with LGBT people shall be
punished by:
a., Paying a amount of money between 400 and 1000 us dollars
b., If it happens physical aggression, the aggressor should be arrested
