RULES: ● Team will contain 6-7 players ● 5 players on the field from each team ● To score the frisbee must be caught past the end of the field and within the sidelines ● When the frisbee is caught you may not move you can only take a step while throwing (If a step is taken the frisbee is turned over to the other team on their half of the field) ● You have 10 seconds to throw the disc (If the disc is not thrown after 10 seconds it is passed over to the other team in that position) ● If the frisbee is thrown and not caught the defending team picks up the frisbee from where it lands and starts the play again ● If the frisbee is intercepted by being hit to the ground it is the intercepting team’s disc in the spot it lands ● If the frisbee is thrown out of bounds the defending team tosses it in from the outside ● Games are 13 minutes long with approx a 1 minute break between games ● Substitutions may be made when a point is scored for either team or in the case of an injury ● At the start of a game the frisbee is thrown from one team to the other across the field ● After a point is scored the scoring team stays on the side they scored on while the opposing team jogs over to the other side and then receives a toss of the disc from the scoring team ● NO physical contact ● At the end of the games the team with the most points is the winner ● In the case of a tie there will be a “challenge” where each team will have 1 player face off against an opposing player and a toss will come in from the referee and the player to catch the disc wins
