Worm and worm wheel redesigned, as previous design (2mm module) was not sufficient
to withstand the load. The new design has a 4mm module.
Antenna casing and C-bracket (antenna base) redesigned, to accommodate our
mechanism. This also makes the entire casing more compact.
Motor positioning made diagonal, for better space management.

The worm and worm wheel were designed in such a way that they can withstand the
drag forces at wind speeds of 140kmph.
CFD analysis was performed, using ANSYS Fluent, to examine the forces that will be
acting on the 2m long, cylindrical antenna, when subjected to wind speeds of
140kmph.
Torque vs angle plot, drag vs no. of iterations plot, static pressure distribution
and velocity distributions were obtained.
Vibration modal analysis is currently being performed on ANSYS and CATIA v5, to
understand the stresses and strains, under high frequency vibrations.

The Torque vs Angle curve is plotted, and a maximum torque of ?????? ???? is
observed, with an angular displacement of around ??.????^??.
The drag coefficient vs number of iterations curve is plotted, to study the
convergence value of drag coefficient. The value of drag coefficient is
_____________(fill this)
The static pressure distribution plot is found, with the maximum static pressure
being ??.??????????^?? ????
The velocity distribution plot is found, with the maximum velocity
being ????.????/??
