    it does not exert anticonvulsant or muscle relaxant effects. has a high affinity for

    RAMELTEON
    melatonin agonist currently indicated for the treatment of insomnia. This drug
    acts at the MT1 and MT2 receptors to promote sleep and exert an effect on
    circadian rhythms.

    Flumazenil competitively inhibits the activity at the benzodiazepine recognition
    site on the GABA/benzodiazepine receptor complex.
