INDUSTRIAL ROOF SOLUTIONS
This mounting system is for trapezoidal roofs. It is
also called as a rail-less system because the tilt is
along the roof and the panels are directly connected
to  the roof with the help of bolts and screws. Rail-
less system is very much similar to the railed system
as the same number of attachments are required in
both the cases, but the rail-less system is just more
economical as the cost of shipping and
manufacturing of rails is reduced. The panels can be
positioned in any particular orientation as that won’t
affect the system. The type of anchoring used is rivet
based A structure.
FLAT ROOF SOLUTION
Flat roofs are one of the best bases for solar panel
mounting because of their large and regular space.
The panels in case of double portrait mounting are
arranged in portrait form in such a way that they
provide maximum output. It is specifically for RCC
rooftops.  The panel tilt is around 10-25 degrees. The
two types of anchoring solutions available for double
portrait mounting are RCC slab anchoring solution
and pedestal mounting solution. RCC slab anchoring
solution involves the use of self-threading screws
with fastened chemical whereas, a pedestal mount
has J-hook or template with a wooden base.
GROUND MOUNT SOLUTION 

Ground solar mount solutions are the most workable

as the installer is not restricted to any small space or
shape of the roof. The installer can find a perfect
place on the property where maximum sunlight can
be received. Ground mount solutions vary in their
range from small utility solutions of <10 kW arrays to
large utility solutions upwards of 1 MW and beyond.

which varies according to the site and client’s need.
