3 Pneumatic General Information:
Control: Electronic Pneumatic Control system should contain unified digital
flow controllers (DFC10) and digital
pressure controllers (DPC11) are arranged for complete electronic gas
management for all GC units.
Each gas controller has built-in mass flow sensor to ensure accurate
operating flow level. Membrane type valve is
resistant to impact conditions.
Electronic pneumatic control should have atmospheric temperature
and pressure compensation to achieve
maximum accuracy of gas pressure/flow providing.
With digital gas control GC work becomes more accurate and flexible
with many useful programmable functions
based on DFPC such as flame ignition control, leak check, gas economy
function, gas flow and pressure
programming and others.

4 Electronic Pressure measuring unit: kPa, psi

Pneumatic Carrier gas type: H2, He, Ar, N2, Air
Control Max number of channels: 4
Maximum pressure: 500 kPa
Maximum flow: 500 ml/min
Pressure typical control: ± 0.01 kPa
Flow setpoint resolution: 0.1 mL/min
5 Inlets and valves: Valves
Two-position 4, 6, 10-port rotary valves for sampling or
switching. Capability: 2 valves max. Automatic or manual.
Heating range: up to 60°C.
Inlet Inlet for liquid injection connected to packed columns or
Inlet connected to capillary columns.
