Transitioned a medical malpractice claims database housing approximately 40,000+ claim files and 1,000+
healthcare provider files within allotted timeframe with minimal disruption to staff and interruption of workflow.
Streamlined process efficiency within the new system maintaining required reporting and tracking measures by
updating internal claims and litigation policies in conjunction with the database transition.
Trained all staff on new database procedures. Created user guides; delivered in group/individual training sessions.
