Case summary

The patient was 27 years old, woman, her weight was 82kg, her height was 161cm and; her weight
was 31kg/m2, the patient is consider obese. The patient came to the hospital for pregnancy relate
problem and had not consult any other health professional. The patient had been trying to conceive
a child for almost a year however, the result remain the same. The patient commented her periods
has not been regular and the frequency of her period had been decrease lately. The patient only
experience her period every 2-3 month. The patient denied of any abdominal pain, pervious
pregnancy and was not taking any medication.

The patient did comment on increase growth of hair on her face and chest area. Besides that, the
patient had also experience irregular behavioural pattern shown as increase aggressiveness at work,
loss interest, difficult in sleeping (insomnia), self-worthlessness related with her inability to conceive
a child.

The patient blood pressure was 124/76mmHg, pulse rate was 72 per min, and respiratory rate was
12 per min and her body temperature was 37.5°C.
