Any technical faults & repairs required to furniture, fittings & equipment are to be logged
Any requests for New Works and or new Construction Work Authorizations should be e-mailed by the department head to the Engineer (Shelving required, New Power Point etc)
When calling please advice: Department, Work Order Request , Location /Floor/Room/Item, Priority: 1 Hour/1 Day/ 1 Week/ 1 Month

1D 1 Day: Repairs needed to maintain the standards of your front of house areas of your department
1W 1 Week: Repairs needed to maintain your back of house areas of your department
1M 1 Month: Repairs that are desired but will not affect your areas and performance
Follow up if the fault/repair has not been rectified within the specified time limit
Note: Departments may choose to use a logbook in place of this form, however if using a logbook they must ensure that the above column are replicated.
