I have known Abdul for several years now watching him progress from an EGL student of mine to
teaching the HATS Distance Learning course and then onto Team Lead of Royal Cyber's Mobile
Application Development group. While Abdul is obviously deeply technical, he has also shown
leadership, people skills, and innovation resulting in Royal Cyber and his team winning the IBM
Impact 2013 Mobile award. I would certainly recommend Abdul and also congratulate him.
Some people have strong technical skills, some are motivated towards learning new technologies,
while others are good at understanding the business aspects. Abdul Ahad is one of the few people in
the software industry who have all three. His hard work and in-depth analysis of all kinds of
problems are exemplary. I wish him all the best for his bright future.
I had the pleasure of working with Abdul on a mobile application project. During this time I have
realized Abdul to be a hard-working, fast-learning and challenge-tackling, programmer, who gets
the job done - on the bright side.
