1. NICU:
a. Disposables
i. Manage non-Materials Management obligations
1. Move as much as possible to Materials Management
2. Do rounds routinely to verify stock availability
3. Teach NICU RTs to manage and communicate needs
4. Establish a back-up stock for key supplies
a. TCM sensors

c. Oral Airways
d. iNO kits
e. EMMA adapters
f. Etc.
g. Use large storage on 5th floor for additional back-up if needed
