Introduction of ATS

Although we believe that you are already aware of ATS (Aloka Technical Service Co.,
Ltd. – a subsidiary company of ALOKA) and we have already started the system to
render Maintenance Service to you for “ALOKA” brand Diagnostic Ultrasound System
since 2005, we would like to explain this system to you and ask you for your better
understanding and kind cooperation.

ALOKA entrusts Maintenance Service of Diagnostic Ultrasound System to ATS (Aloka
Technical Service Co., Ltd.). Therefore, ATS is responsible to solve any technical
malfunction on behalf of ALOKA, and ALOKA will help you in case ATS is unable to
solve some specific service problem.

When you place your order for service parts, you may directly forward your purchase
orders to ATS, and ATS will deliver the service parts to you on behalf of ALOKA.
However, you are requested to make your payments to ALOKA’s account for ALOKA’s
invoices, under the current arrangements. ATS will better ALOKA’s Maintenance
Service in cooperation with ALOKA. Should you have any requests, comments or
suggestions in terms of Maintenance Service, you are free to send your e-mails to the
