The objective aims to develop a diverse group of senior government executives with outstanding intellectual and creative abilties, demonstrated social responsibility and commitment to public service, and managerial potential that will help shape future public policy and management at a higher levels of government. The Programme's scope and objectives were specially designed for middle management and supervisors. Participants must successfully complete all modules and conceptualize and implement their Re-Entry Project (ReP) in order to be awarded the Master in Development Management. CURRICULUM: 1. Governance and Development 2. Strategic Public Management 3. Personal Efficacy and Leadership PROGRAM DESIGN: 1. Five (5) months Residential Sessions, including a 2-week Sensing Journey 2.
