Physical Issues

Height and Weight

1. Stunted growth –Stunted growth, also known as stunting and nutritional
stunting, is a reduced growth rate in human development. It is a primary
manifestation of malnutrition (or more precisely undernutrition) and recurrent
infections.
2. Underweight - An underweight person is a person whose body weight is
considered too low to be healthy.
3. Overweight - Being overweight or fat is having more body fat than is
optimally healthy. Being overweight is especially common where food
supplies are plentiful and lifestyles are sedentary.

Hearing
1. Swimmer’s ear (Otitis Externa) - Swimmer's ear is an infection in the outer
ear canal, which runs from your eardrum to the outside of your head. It's often
brought on by water that remains in your ear after swimming, creating a moist
environment that aids bacterial growth.
2. Earwax buildup - Earwax blockage, also called cerumen impaction, can
occur when your body produces too much earwax or when existing wax is
pushed too far into your ear canal. In some cases, you may not be able to
hear out of the affected ear. But this typically lasts only until you can have the
excess wax removed. In most cases, home treatment works well, but a doctor
can also help eliminate and unplug earwax blockage.
3. Otitis media - Otitis media or middle ear infection involves the middle ear. In
otitis media, the ear is infected or clogged with fluid behind the ear drum, in
the normally air-filled middle-ear space.
4. Otitis interna - Otitis interna or labyrinthitis involves the inner ear. The inner
ear includes sensory organs for balance and hearing. When the inner ear is
inflamed, vertigo is a common symptom.

Vision
1. Nearsightedness - Nearsightedness, also known as myopia, is a common
type of refractive error where close objects appear clearly, but distant objects
appear blurry.
2. Farsightedness - Farsightedness (hyperopia) is a common vision condition
in which you can see distant objects clearly, but objects nearby may be blurry.
3. Astigmatism - Astigmatism is a common vision condition that causes
blurred vision. It occurs when the cornea (the clear front cover of the eye) is
irregularly shaped or sometimes because of the curvature of the lens inside
the eye.

Skin, Hair and Nails

1. Acne - Acne, also known as acne vulgaris, is a long-term skin disease that
occurs when hair follicles are clogged with dead skin cells and oil from the
skin.
2. Dandruff - Dandruff is a skin condition that mainly affects
the scalp.[1] Symptoms include flaking and sometimes mild itchiness.[1] It can
result in social or self-esteem problems.[2][1] A more severe form of the
condition, which includes inflammation of the skin, is known as seborrheic
dermatitis.[1]
3. Ingrown nail - An ingrown nail (also known
as onychocryptosis from Greek: ὄνυξ (onyx, "nail") + κρυπτός (kryptos,
"hidden") or unguis incarnates)[1] is a common form of nail disease. It is an
often painful condition in which the nail grows so that it cuts into one or both
sides of the paronychium or nail bed.
4. Pimples - A pimple, zit or spot is a kind of comedo and one of the many
results of excess oil getting trapped in the pores. Some of the varieties
are pustules or papules.[1]

Posture and Spine Problems

1. Scoliosis - Scoliosis is a medical condition in which a person's spine has a
sideways curve. The curve is usually "S"- or "C"-shaped. In some, the degree
of curve is stable, while in others, it increases over time. Mild scoliosis does
not typically cause problems, while severe cases can interfere with breathing.
2. Osteoporosis - Osteoporosis is a bone disease that occurs when the body
loses too much bone, makes too little bone, or both. As a result, bones
become weak and may break from a fall or, in serious cases, from sneezing
or minor bumps. Osteoporosis means “porous bone.”

Oral/Dental Problems
1. Cavities - A cavity is a hole that can grow bigger and deeper over time.
2. Bad Breath - Bad breath, medically called halitosis, can result from poor
dental health habits and may be a sign of other health problems.
