RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and executed on 7th Feb 2018 between

Mr. KARLAPUDI DINAKAR S/o Chengalaraya Chetty , aged about 52 Years,


Residing at Door No.28, Madhura Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500 038
hereinafter called the Landlord on the one part

AND

M/s GRUH LOANS represented by the Proprietor Mr. Anji Reddy Challa S/o
Chenchi Reddy aged about 27 years tenant on the other part and the tenancy
commences from 1st Feb, 2018 the terms Lord and Tenant wherever occurs shall
mean and includes their heirs, successors and transferees in interest of the respective
parties.

Whereas the land lord is the absolute owner of H.No.46/A, Sri Viswa Heritage
Arcade, Flat No.4-A, S.R,Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana– 500038 ,whereas the tenant
has approached the landlord to rent out the above premises for commercial purpose
and the Landlord having agreed to let out the house to the tenant on certain terms
and conditions which are mentioned into writing as follows

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL DEED

1. Every month the tenant should pay the rent Rs. 12000/- on or before 5th in
advance.
2. The premised should be kept clean and tidy.
3. The tenant should intimate well in advance if he wants to vacate the office to the
owner.
4. The tenant should not give the said premises sub-lease to others.
