Greetings of Peace!

The CENTRAL LUZON – LEADERSHIP AND EMPOWERMENT ALLIANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT


(CL – LEAD) is a consortium of four (4) institutions of Development namely the 18 Special Forces
Company (SFC) of Philippine Army, Ayala Young Leaders Alumni Association, Inc. – Central
Luzon (AYLAAI-CL), Hagonoy Young Leaders Program (HYLEAP) and Society of Young Leaders for
Environmental Concerns (SYLEC). The group pioneered the conduct of Youth Leadership
Summit (Bulacan Model) in Central Luzon using Servant Leadership as its conceptual
framework. Since 2011, the group trained at least 1,000+ young people in Central Luzon,
planted around 10,000 Mangrove seedlings in coastal areas in Bulacan, engaged at least 12,000
individuals to different activities such as Fun Run, Night Run, Disaster Risk Reduction
Management Training, Bike Ride, Livelihood, Capacity Building Training and a lot more.

As part of its commitment to NATION BUILDING, I would like to ask your permission to use
the (INSERT VENUE) for the conduct of the Annual Project Management Training which is a
program or training designed for the graduates of Youth Leadership Summit (a Region – wide
Youth Development Program conducted every summer of every year aimed in producing young
people to become active members of the society impacting change in their respective
communities and becoming partners for social actions and /or awareness answering the call of
servant leadership).

Furthermore, I would also like to ask your approval in the use of the following pieces of
equipment to be used during the conduct of the said event:
