    Mobile phone technology had been used to facilitate the patients to fix their

    appointment time for OP consultation by using No “Q” system. Which will


    be supplemented by online appointments using soon-to-be released
    SVIMS App.

    Using NoQ System

    1. Avoid standing in 'Q' for today's repeat registration.


    2. Send sms to 9248080250.
    3. Type noq<space>department name <space> hospital number
    Example : noq card 66666

    Note :

    1. This facility can be availed within 15 days from the date of rst
    consultation/renewal for repeat registration patients.
    2. Using SMS is for current registration only & not for xing appointment
    for future dates.
    3. Patients requiring renewal can also send SMS, but need to register at
    MRD.
