EXAM REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Make sure you fill up the “REGISTRATION FORM” completely and correctly.
 Please read and understand all the instruction and kindly follow them.
 Exam type will be decided by the SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) base on the requirements that
we submitted
 Any form of falsification of documents will not be entertained
 Fail to submit complete requirements will not be processed
 Kindly follow the step by step procedure and payment method
 Exam fee may varies depending on dollar selling rate
 Service fee must be settled after we asses the papers that you submitted and created an Eligibility Request
 Exam cancellation/rescheduling is only allowed 3 working days before your exam dates and it has 15 USD fee
 Refund may take 3-15 working days and its subject for approval by PROMETRIC
 Please make sure that the name that you will register is exactly as it appears with the ID that you will present
during the testing day.
 Acceptable ID’s are e.g. Passport, Driver’s License, PRC license and Postal ID.ONLY (make sure it’s not expired,
presentable and it has photo and signature.)
 Fail to bring Valid ID on the testing day may not take the exam and exam will be forfieted
 In case you cannot take the exam due to uncontrollable national calamities it’s your responsibilities to call the
testing center and report what is happening
