ADDENDUM TO CONTRACT

This document is in reference to a contract agreement dated

June 22, 2018, between the following parties that are named below
this document,

May it be known that the undersigned parties, for good

consideration, do hereby agree to make the following additions that
are outlined below. These additions shall be made valid as if they are
included in the original stated contract, hence:

That this Contract is in lieu of the Deed of Sale that was

lost between SELLERS and BUYER refers to their transaction
involving the sale of the subject real property with Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT) 205517 on July 21, 1992, without fault
of both parties;
That BUYER shall cause the filing of the petition to replace
owner’s lost duplicate copy of TCT 205517 in the appropriate
court, without cost to the SELLERS.

All other terms and provisions of said contract shall remain in

full force and effect.
