The plaintiff is a farmer as a well as the leader of Ghana Freedom Party residing at Adwiratia in Kumasi. . The defendant is the principal legal advisor of the Government of Ghana. N 3. Plaintiff avers that Kwesi Nyantakyi also detailed the investor that the Chinese nationals or investors for instance saw their way through Ghana to do their investments through payment of bribes to key government officials as mentioned by Kwesi Nyantakyi. 6. Plaintiff avers that truly the Chinese nationals are in Ghana doing their businesses and that it is perfectly true that Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo the President of the Republic of Ghana and the Vice President are involved or have something to do with all the allegations levelled against Kwesi Nyantakyi with regard to bribing before contracts are awarded to investors. 7.
