VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE

Festival of Trees 2016​, I volunteered at the

kringle kaps booth and helped children make
and design their own Santa hats. It was an
amazing experience and opened my eyes to
customer service. The skills I learned from
those four hours are key to having a job: keep
the customer happy, and remain calm in
stressful situations.

Wake-a-thon 2016​, in late December Notre

Dame High School has a overnight fundraiser
for the Magdalene House which supports the
victims of human trafficking. We stayed up all
night and each student raised a minimum of
50$. This is was a great way to be involved in
my school and also help out and amazing
cause.

WORK EXPERIENCE

S&K cleaning (started january 2015 - current)

I clean twice a week, Tuesday and Sundays. I
assist head cleaners with vacuuming, mopping,
cleaning windows and desks and anything else
they need assistance with. I always do my best
work and clean to the best of my abilities. The
buildings I clean for are Distribution Now, and
Group 2. We clean the entire buildings and take
out garbage and other necessities.

Red Deer Public Elementary school (started

September 2014 - current) I volunteer at G.W
Smith Elementary school and assisted Mrs.
Smith with extra work and projects for her grade
one students. I help her by; cutting out projects
for students, setting up bulletin boards and
helping organize her classroom.
