Hereby declare that we are the commercial importers of books. We import finished products & supply
the same to the respective users / libraries without any value addition therein, and file our Tax Return
under section 143(B) of Income Tax Ordinance 1979.

We, M/S BOOK STATE, hereby declare that the goods / books supplied under our bills are imported &
exempted from With-Holding Tax levied under Income Tax Ordinance 1979 (XXXI of 1979), As these
were already taxed under presumptive Tax Regime under sub-Section (5) of section 50, which is a final
discharge of Tax liability.

We hereby also under take that BOOK STATE will be responsible for any discrepancy or claim, if arises in
future in this regards.
