Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions are in addition to and without prejudice to those contained in the Customer Application Form (CAF), already
signed by the subscriber. All the terms and conditions herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the CAF.
2. Activation charges and Security deposit, as applicable from time to time, will be charged from the customer.
3. Commitment Fees, Feature charges and any other period based charges will be billed one month in advance.
4. Please refer to the latest tariff card for details of applicable charges.
5. The calling person’s number shall be displayed to the subscriber who has opted for CLIP feature depending upon the network from which the
call originates / is handed over to Idea Cellular Limited’s network
6. Number of any EPABX / ISP access / hunting lines etc shall not be allowed to be selected as Friends and Family Numbers. Idea Cellular Limited
shall withdraw this feature in case such a number is selected and further debit the applicable charges. Idea Cellular Limited reserves the right
to reject the request for any Friends & Family Number, without assigning any reason whatsoever.
7. STD and ISD number cannot be selected as Friends and Family Number.
8. Tariff Plan will be changed within 48 hours of request.
9. Usage on GPRS package shall be calculated on the basis of the total data sent (uploaded) and received (downloaded). No charges are levied
for MMS’s received.
10. GPRS and MMS services are Handset dependent. For internet and mobile service, specific handset settings are required. Please consult the
handset manufacturer for complete information. For GPRS and MMS network settings, please consult our booklet or General Information

11. Roaming charges, Government Taxes, Fees and levies shall be payable by the subscriber as applicable from time to time.
12. TRAI reference tariff plan is also available for subscription.
13. CMS includes CLIP, Call Wait, Call Hold and Call divert services.
14. All other feature charges and deposits shall be applicable from time to time.
15. Incoming calls are free in the Home Network – Delhi NCR. All calls made or received while roaming will be charged as per current applicable
tariff.
16. Tariff Plan change requests will not be accepted in case the subscriber have been restricted or suspended for non-payment of bills or any
other reason whatsoever.
17. The company may introduce various Tariff Plans from time to time and reserves the right to withdraw / modify / amend any existing Tariff
Plan and or to revise / change the tariffs and charges applicable subject to TRAI / DOT guidelines. These details are available on our website.
The company also reserves its right to vary the billing cycle at any point of time. The company shall intimate such changes through Publica-
tions, Bill Inserts, SMS or any other method.

19. Advance rent is not refundable, if the subscriber leaves the network, during the period for which advance rent is charged, or if he / she
migrates to another plan.

21. Advance rental charges is in lieu of the cumulative monthly rental for that tenure (1yr / 2yr / 3yr as the plan may be)
22. The subscriber on advance rental plan will be migrated and charged ` 150/- month, at the end of the tenure of the Advance Rental Plan.
23. Security Deposit in all plans except 899/998/999/1299/ 1599 to be refunded for permanent disconnection only.
24. Customer found misusing the High Benefit Plan (HBP) 899/998/999/1299/1599 either for Public Call Office (PCO) or any telecalling purpose
or for any other commercial use (or) who are continuously roaming for more than 5 days shall have their mobile number disconnected with
immediate effect, without any intimation by Idea Cellular Ltd. The decision of Idea Cellular Ltd. Shall be final in this regard and the same shall
not be challenged by the customer in the court of law.
25. Any plan other than combo , would be applied Rate cutter pack @ Rs 35 rental per month with 40p/mb rate to avoid high data usage charges
of 4p/10kb in 3G/2G
