Sub: Scaffolding and Blasting and Painting Works

As per verbal discussions had with our Chairman Shri Ajay Agrawal on the above subject.

We are pleased to place work order for above work.

Airless Spray on Structure Etc
Special Conditions:
1. Electric power shall be given by M/s B.N.Agritech Ltd. at one point.
2. Water supply shall be given by B N Agritech Ltd.
3. Paints, Thinner, Brush shall be supplied by B.N. Agritech Ltd. Transportation of material
within site shall be done by contractor.
4. All the J.C.B. Work shall be in contractors scope.
5. 90% Payment by cheque shall be made against Completion of Blasting and Primer rest
10% shall be made after completion of work Painting.
6. Deduction at 1%/2% from gross amount of each bill shall be made towards income tax
as directed by central board of direct taxes, New Delhi.
7. B.N. Agritech Ltd. do not allow any labour who has criminal background/record in current
or previous.
8. In the Premises of B.N. Agritech Ltd, Pan Masala, Smoking and Liquor is not allowed, if
anyone found guilty, Legal Action would be taken against him.
9. B.N. Agritech Ltd. will not be responsible for any human or machine accidental loss. It is
the responsibility of contractor to take care of Human and Machine Resources.
10. Use all safety measures like head gears, safety shoes, safety belt, welding goggles is
compulsory, if any person found without these safety measures he will not allowed in
factory premises.
