recorded by the Bureau as of
June 2010. Of the total unions,
60% are registered in the
National Capital Region (9,488),
22% in Luzon (3,455) with
Region IV-A registered 2,079
unions; 11% in Visayas (1,739)
with Region VII registered 935
unions and 7% in Mindanao
(1,201) with Region XI
registered 445 unions (Table 1).

As of June 2010, a total of 1,434 CBAs were

Associations Operating in One
Region as of June 2010, 42% are in
the Mindanao region (8,712) with
Region X having the most number
(3,604). Luzon had 34% (7,059) and
Visayas had 23% (4,854). NCR had
the least with 1% (277) of the total
registrations (Figure 4).

Sector Unions, there are only 137
existing CNAs as of June 2010.
Four regions had more than 10
CNAs registered these are NCR,
Region VII, X and I with 39, 14, 12,
and 10 CNAs, respectively (Figure
6).
