1. Checking of Grades

Subject Teacher

The subject teacher encodes and compute the grades of the students in a uniform template provided by
the school. Font size and style must be the same. Complete information of the students must be
observed.

Department Head

Checks the correctness of the entries.

Principal

Random checking of the entries and signature for approval.

Verify the result of the grades and inform the adviser for any changes that will be made, upon approval
of the

Department Head

Retrieve the approved and final copies of the Grading Sheets. At this point, no changes/alteration is
allowed without the approval of the school principal.

ICT/Class Adviser

Scans the original document and rename to specific file name

Forward the approved and original document to the class adviser.

Class Adviser

Consolidate the Documents for encoding in the Summary Sheet.
