Subject: Request to use GRT Hall

Good day! EAP Vocem Sancti Petri Choir, whose members then are the EAP Scholars and now
with the youth parishioners called to serve God through music, will be celebrating its 3 rd
founding anniversary. In line with this, I would like to request the use of the Fr. Gerardo R.
Tapiador (GRT) Hall on August 12, 2018 from 4-8 pm, for we will have a free recital concert
exclusively for the parents of the choir members with the theme, “Harana sa Aming
Magulang.”

This free concert will serve as an appreciation for the endless love, effort, patience, and support
of the family of the members, most especially their parents. It will also showcase how each
individual, and the choir as a group, has progressed for the past three years.

Included in the four-hour allotted time are the preparations and the cleaning before and after the
said event. Below is the breakdown of the time to be spent:

4-5 pm. Preparations

5-6 pm. Program Proper
6-7 pm. Meal Time
7-8 pm. Cleaning
