Healthier Meal
I believe the most healthy meal based on a low calorie diet would be McDonald's.
If you were trying to cut out a lot of your carbs to lose weight, Burger King would be a better choice.
Then the worst meal out of all of them would be Backyard Burgers. It is very high in calories, fat, sodium, and carbs.
But it does have a higher amount in dietary and protein which better for you.
