Step 1 : Customer Registration

Step 1.1 : Customer sign up via www.maxmoney.com / “Maxmoney MOOS” App (downloaded via
Google Playstore / iOS Apps Store)
Step 1.2 : Fill in customer Information, Account & Contact Information

Step 3 : Customer to Activate Max Money Account
Process
Step 3.1: Enter customer “Pin Number” (received via SMS & Email) and create a password.
Password: Should be more than 8 characters, Minimum one Capital Letter and one Number.
Example: Logan1993

Click Register Me

Step 3.2: After clicked “Register Me” button, PID Number will be sent to the customer via SMS &
Email. Please click “Yes” button as shown below.
Step 4 : Customer On-Boarding & Update Profile

Step 4.1 : Customer has to Sign-in to www.maxmoney.com / “Maxmoney MOOS” App

Step 6.1 : Customer to enter PID Number

screen to re-confirm the transaction.

Step 6.6: Customer insert ATM / Debit Card into Max – Terminal, Enter ATM / Debit Pin
Number and press “OK” button.

Step 7.1: The initial transaction receipt should be kept by the Merchant.
