Success Story - 2017 UCC Contest

The Human Resources Development Service of Korea - EPS Center in the

Philippines will hold a UCC Contest: The EPS Returnee Workers' Success Story in
the Philippines.

All EPS Returnee Workers are invited to participate. (All shown dates are in the
year of 2017)

◇ Video Format and duration

- You may use the following devices: Camcoder,
Digital Camera, Smartphone etc. video devices to
shoot a 5minute or less video.The original video and
the oath must be submitted at the same time.

beat transmission rate more than 192Kbps, Audio
sample speed 44Khz, avi, mp4, wmv, mov file etc.

Important Reminders :

Those who will not follow the instructions will be not be accommodated.

Starting date to shoot the video: 17 April (Mon)

 One (1) entry per applicant

 All entries must have a theme.
Example:
A. Upon Returning to the Philippines, you were locally hired by a Korean Company by
the assistance of EPS Center (Local Job)
B. During your stay in Korea as an EPS Worker, you have attended seminars/workshops
provided by HRD Korea or the Korean government for free. As soon as you came home to
Philippines, the knowledge and skills you have learned from that seminar/workshop helped
you establish your own business.
C. During your stay in Korea as an EPS Worker, you have learned skills (Example: Welding,
Glass Cutting, Wire Installation, etc) and techniques in your workplace. As soon as you came
home to Philippines, the knowledge, techniques and skills you have learned from your
workplace helped you establish your own business, get a job in the Philippines or another
country.
 All interested applicants must state his/her reason on why he/she have
decided to join this contest.

  Grand Prize Winner's video will be used for the following: Preparation for
Returning Home as presentation, Return Job Homepage, etc. and other

 Grand Prize Winner's video will be edited (quality)before it is transferred
and posted to the Return Job Homepage
 Using a patented video and its contents (images and music) is strictly

 Submission of the application will be observed (STANDARD)

Three (3) video applications will be chosen as winners and will receive their prizes
(In cash and Acknowledgement). After HRD Korea – EPS Center in the Philippines
evaluates all three (3), the grand prize winner will be recommended as a finalist
and will have an amazing chance of going to the Republic of Korea as a Guest
Speaker.

2. The grand prize winner's video can and will be used by the Human Resources Development
Service of Korea (HRD Korea) for business purposes and that HRD Korea have my full
permission and the authority to do the following: adjust, enhance and edit the video quality
and all its content for promotional purposes.
