PROMISSORY NOTE

For value received, I, __________ promise to pay

without need of demand to the order of TEODORO A. LOPEZ
the principal sum of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P 230,000.00) payable within a period of ONE (1) year,
in equal monthly installments to be paid every 15th of
the month starting on the 15th of May, 2018, with FIVE
PERCENT (5%) interest per month until fully paid.

In case it becomes necessary to collect this note

through any Attorney-at-Law, the payment of attorney’s
fees, exclusive of costs and judicial or extra-judicial
expenses, shall be paid by ME.
