    Olivia was aware that the school has a mechanism for reporting student
    accidents and incidents. In addition, her actions in today’s lesson and feedback
    from her supervising teacher showed that she is able to create a safe and
    supported learning environment for her students.
    Olivia set clear expectation of how students were to behave throughout the
    lesson, reminding them frequently that they were to work quietly and place their
    pens down and wait when they were finished. All students were compliant
    indicating they are keenly aware of the class procedures and respected Olivia
    sufficiently to afford her the same authority as their classroom teacher
