SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

We, Spouses A AND B, Filipino Citizens, both of legal ages, with postal address at

Law Firm or any of its Lawyers to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, to act for and in my
behalf, and to perform the following acts, to wit:

1. To file, appear, and represent me before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) in the petition for
issuance of replacement owner’s duplicate copy of Condominium Certificate of Tile No.6789-A
registered under our names; and

2. To draft and execute the necessary pleadings and legal documents as well as sign, execute
and deliver any and all papers necessary for the accomplishment of the foregoing authority.
