This has reference to the scheduled Citywide Earthquake Drill that will be conducted
in Calapan City on 31 July 2018. The safety exercise organized by the City Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) of Calapan City, the Provincial Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) of Oriental Mindoro and the Office of Civil
Defense (OCD) MIMAROPA, is the culminating activity of the City for the National Disaster
Resilience Month (NDRM) Observance.

As the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officers (LDRRMOs) of

MIMAROPA are expected to be in Puerto Galera from 29-31 July 2018, the City Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) of Calapan had extended their invitation to
their counterparts to observe the safety drill and the same time act as evaluators.
