About The Company: SEFL is a subsidary company of Srei Infrastructure Finance LTD. SEFL
is an NBFC. They are pioneers in equipment financing, in used equipment financing,
Construction & Mining equipment on lease and also the financing of sophisticated imported
equipment for infrastructure, construction and mining industry.

Workings

1. Orientation process completed (majorly included the introduction of the company by the
mentor , biometric process )
2. Meeting with other interns and the staff members including senior managers , HR
manager, operations manager )
3. Found casting errors in MIS as well as in the Annual Report of current and previous
year(B/S , P/L and cash flows )
4. Helped the mentor in identifying the discrepancies existing in the annual report.
5. Briefly understood the workings and the purpose of the softwares used by the Company
( Oracle, Emerge , Kastle )

Learnings
 The company’s structure and how actual corporate works.
 The history and heiracy of the company as well as was trying to understand the culture
of the company.
 Through reading of company’s previous years annual report for the purpose of
understanding the finnacials of the company.
 Learned few softwares that are being currently used in the company like Kastle, Oracle
and eMerge.
 Learned about the borrowing proceess of the company through the documents provided
by the Mentor :- Foreign Direct Investment , Commercial Paper , Term Loan etc.
