• A high-pressure injection injury should be considered a potential


surgical emergency, seek medical assistance immediately
• Immediate cleansing of the offending fluid is required if there is
any chance to restore full function.
•NOTE 48% of injuries of this type result in amputation, likely
if cleansing is delayed more than 10 hours!

engine is not running, use the
appropriate method to bleed the
system before performing any work
on the high pressure side of the fuel
system. When in doubt ASK!
