    REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS IN ACQUIRING UNITS IN DOHA AND WUKAIR.

    Documents required for the agreement/contract (for Companies/Corporate Leasing)

    • Copy of Company ID
    • Copy of Company Commercial Registration
    • Copy of Commercial License for Business/Trading
    • Copy of Sponsor ID

    Documents required for the agreement/contract – Individuals

    • Copy of valid ID
    • Marriage Certificate/Contract

    Terms, Payment and Conditions:

    • One (1) months Security/Guarantee Deposit (Cash only).


    • Twelve months (12) postdated cheques is required, covering the entire duration of the lease
    agreement. (Extra cheque submission could be essential in case of free month’s availability).
    • Seven (7) working days is required to maintain the unit and to hand over the keys.

    NOTE: Cash payment is only accepted if the full lease value is paid by the tenant at the start
    of the lease agreement.
