Title: PEER TUTORING

Before the class started she was introduced by Ms. Shane Cabalag as the next
presentor who will discussed next topic. Everyone settled down as she entered
the room and greeted good morning!

During the class conducted, the introduction on this presentation was not that
lively because she looks nervous and she can’t look around to their students. Just
i can see in her moves in front i can see her mannerism. The posture of Ms.
Riparip is appropriate but she can’t delivery well her pronunciation. But Did not
have an interaction to their students. She seems very shy when standing in front
and doing her mannerism like swaying her and making unnecessary movement.
She doesn’t have a body movement like teacher performance. On her discussion
as We’ve learned peer tutoring all about which the teacher he/she known their
student’s knowledge ability to get to know the students first knowing their
strengths weakness so that teacher can easy tutoring to their students and at the
same time we students learned also strategys that involves students serving as
academic tutors typically a higher and lower performing of a student that is we
needed to achieve for our learning.

Our Observation to her are basis on what she presented, she gives some views
about what she discusses but I think she can do well and I can see that see can
do well by apply some suggestion and improvements for her.
