residential zone in Maracaibo, Venezuela.

The design concept was to originate a symbiotic relationship

between two functionalities within one space/building.

from conceptual ideas, together with the study of the enviromental
variables(climate, soil, vegetation, density,etc) of an existing lot.

Generating ideas to transform our city into an accessible, livable,
tropical metropolis, connecting the old colonial downtown to the new
establishments thru a main axis road, and at the same time,
reordering residential commercial grids(zoning).
