People need a way to make sense of their individual talents within the context of the whole team. The Team Strengt
visualize their collective talents, strengths, and opportunities in a snapshot view. Use the Team Strengths Grid to sp

A Team Strengths Grid can help people start to understand and appreciate why their colleagues say, do, and feel ce
individual and collective application of their unique talents will too. The ultimate goal is to help the team use this in
performance challenge(s). As you work with the team, be sure to comment on, ask questions about, and/or highligh

Follow the instructions below to create a Team Strengths Grid:

Sign in to the Gallup Strengths Center site with your account.

1. Click the My Strengths menu at the top of the page, and then select Code Management.

2. On the Code Management page, select a code type, and then click the name of the group for which you want to c

3. Click the group’s Export Strengths button to download the group’s strengths as an Excel file.

4. Open the downloaded file and copy the entire list of names and themes. Be sure not to include the column name

5. Click the Team Member’s Themes tab at the bottom of this spreadsheet.

6. Select cell A2 in the upper-left corner and paste your previously copied data.

7. Click the TEAM GRID tab at the bottom of this spreadsheet to view your completed Team Strengths Grid.
