DUTIES AND REPONSIBILTIES

Supervise a work gang with a multinational electrician in performing various types of job as per
company’s scope of work. Job includes, ensuring the safety of all subordinates, layout of vaious
type of conduit (RSC, IMC and PVC) both overhead and underground. Installation of cable trays
of different sizes and heights. Power and control panel mounting/installation and include
installation and wiring of low voltage system which include Fire Alarm, B.S.A., Telecom and TSS.
Cable termination and equipment testing. Rectify problems found during preliminary testing,
conduct final test of all system prior to approval and acceptance of the client.

DUTIES

 Supervising and undertaking electrical works with a commercial environment.


 Overseeing the complete strip out refurbish of client site.
 Dealing with any technical issues that may arise.
 Carrying out servicing and pre-planned maintenance electrical tasks.
 Ensuring that on site health and safety regulation are sincerely adhered to.
 Organizing work schedule and maintaining worker timesheet.
 Undertaking hands on electrical installation work.
 Making sure that safety working practice are maintained at all times.
 Making sure that work methods are sufficient to meet a project needs
 Reading of electrical shop drawing issued for construction (IFC).
 Quantity takes off of electrical materials for site installation.
 Onsite coordination with electrical, civil/architectural, mechanical and plumbing works.
 Marking as built drawing as per site installation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Underground duct bank installation for feeder line. Duck bank for telecom and TSS line and Fuel
Control System. Grounding system installation outside building and NOB building.
Spx and warehouse power and lighting sough in installation. Conduit lay-out for B.A.S power
and control All CAC’s electrical; installation include HVAC power and control.

Fuel System Control and power installation, Termination of cables from feeder line Utility
Building. Switchgear to NOB switchgear, AII CAC’s building, warehouse, REC and MSGQ Building.
Perimeter lighting, pole installation including swimming pole light and ground.

Gate operator (slicking gate) power and control installations. Monitoring attendance sheet for
electrical crew. Daily progress report to my Electrical Superintendent. Daily tool box talk about
safety regulation on site.

Experience working to tight deadlines, working effective and safety even under pressurized
environment. Knowledge of latest Quality Standard as well as Health Safety Regulation.
