Description
The Hydraulic Wireline Retrievable FloController (WRFC-H) is a side pocket mounted hydraulically
operated flow controller. The control valve is housed adjacent to the tubing bore within the eccentric
side pocket of the mandrel. The WRFC-H is remotely controlled from the surface with the application of
hydraulic pressure. All flow control components are wireline retrievable for repair or replacement.

The WRFC-H uses proven Camco Surface Controlled Subsurface Safety Valve (SCSSV) hydraulic
technology to actuate the side pocket Variable Window™ control valve. Hydraulic pressure is supplied
to the WRFC-H through a ¼ inch OD hydraulic control tubing and shifts the Variable Window™ into one
of six sequential positions, of which one is sealed closed. Fluid flow is controlled from zero to 100% in
20% increments, or can be customized for individual applications.

The Variable Window™ FloController can be configured to control fluids injected into or produced out
of the reservoir. In either configuration optional reverse flow check valves will prevent cross flow
between reservoirs.

The WRFC-H has a maximum equivalent flow area of 0.75 square inches and is capable of controlling
fluid flow rates of up to 10,000 bpd of solids-free fluid and 30 mmscfd of dry gas.
