List three issues that made the headlines .

1. Crash at sea
2. Severe weather
3. ABC news investigation-terror crack down

Provide reasons why they made the headlines.

Headlines, or post titles, are the most important part of the news report, newspaper,
article,blog and etc. This is because the majority of people use headlines to decide
whether or not to read your article. Doesn’t matter how good or bad your actual article
is. If it has a weak headline, it won’t get work.

There are four reason why the headlines are important.

1. To build a relationship with the viewers.
2. To create a sense of urgency, so viewers will tend to watch the whole news to figure
out what is the news all about.
3. To generate a need of knowledge and seek the attention of the viewers.
4. To begin message, so the viewers have some general ideas what the news about.
