    Device Fitness Table

    * Two passive devices refer to the following device combinations:

    - 1 x Customer Tap and 1 x 2 Way Directional Coupler or 2 Way Splitter

    - 1 x Customer Tap and 1 x in-line Equaliser

    - 2 x Customer Taps

    Note a 3 Way Splitter/directional Coupler cannot be accommodated in a pit smaller than a 6 pit.

    ** One Customer Tap may be installed in Vic D pits and J2 pits that do not contain ANY telephony cable joints.
    Telephony cable loops should be pulled to adjacent pits to eliminate congestion.

    # P2 pits may be installed at the end of a coaxial cable run to house a Customer Tap installed at the end of the cable
    end. The Tap must be installed on the end wall of the P2 pit.
