Design department team.
Having approx. 10 years of professional experience in field of MEP consultancy
sector. Has extensive Indian and international experience of developing and
delivering sustainable schemes, focusing on water management, firefighting
management and development of drainage schemes in particular.
Having exposure of overseas projects on a number of large developments projects

Responsible for review of stage 50% concept design and designing of 100%
Detail Design stage. .All the water demands, pipe sizing, pump & equipment
sizing, supply strategy, storm water strategy, sewage disposal & space
allocations for electro-mechanical pumping stations etc.
 EAIG HEAD QUARTER, ABU DHABI

Project manager for Ramboll GEC PHE team while working with Ramboll Dubai
office. The Tower consisting of 4 basements and G+13 floor.
Responsible for detail designing of 50% Detail Design stage. Our Scope is
designing of water demands, pipe sizing, pump & equipment sizing, supply
strategy, storm water strategy, sewage disposal & space allocations for electro-
mechanical pumping stations etc.

Project manager for Ramboll GEC PHE team while working with Ramboll Dubai
office & the renowned architect RMJM. The proposed development is located
off Sheikh Zayed Road in the TECOM district adjacent to Media City and
Knowledge Village, UAE. The site area is approximately 1.7 million sqft. The
development comprises of 12 individual buildings above grade of varying height,
size and geometrical proportions which share a common ground slab and a two
storey substructure basement.
 Responsible for review & approving all the water demands, pipe sizing, pump &
equipment sizing, supply strategy, storm water strategy, sewage disposal &
space allocations for electro-mechanical pumping stations.

 IMPERIAL OCEAN PLAZA, GIBRALTOR

Project manager for Ramboll GEC PHE team while working with Ramboll UK
office. The project is a new 17 storey mixed use development, mainly consisting
of 15 floors of residential apartment’s c/w penthouse(s), car park, and three
shell and core offices..
Responsible for review & approving all the water demands, pipe sizing, pump &
equipment sizing, supply strategy, sewage disposal & space allocations for
electro-mechanical pumping stations.

 AL-RAYYAN STADIUM, QATAR.

Project manager for Ramboll GEC PHE team while working with Ramboll UK.
of this vast project, and knowing that it's been selected as the host venue for the
fifth FIFA World Cup 2022. The stadium design is inspired from Islamic
geometric influences representing Qatar's culture in a very contemporary way.
Responsible for firefighting design.
 QATAR PETROLIUM DISTRICT, QATAR

 Lead AECOM India PHE team while working with AECOM Qatar office. Qatar
Petroleum District (QPD) is being developed as the headquarters of M/s
QATAR PETROLEUM by the developer Barwa Real Estate Company –
Barwa Financial District L.L.C, housing various directorates and associated
functions of Qatar Petroleum in 9 office towers of varying floor capacities and
heights ranging from 17 to 44 floors. The site located west bay area of Doha,
Qatar.
 Responsible for review & approving the water demands, pipe sizing, Sewage
Design & storm water strategy.
 YISHUN MIXED USED DEVLOPMENT, SINGAPORE.

Lead AECOM India PHE team while working with AECOM Singapore office for
a mixed use project development. Building consisting residential apartment,
Retail and bus terminal. Building consisting residential apartment above second
floor, second floor consisting retail area, ground and first floor is divided in two
parts ,few area is bus terminal and few areas are retail shops. Responsible for
preparing detail designing.

LEED India green building norms. And building had received gold rating
according to green building norms.

 Responsible for Designing all the water demands, treatment & supply strategy,
storm water strategy, sewage disposal & treatment, space allocations for
Plumbing pumping stations, drainage system and flood control schemes and
complete Fire Fighting system.
 B2 OFFICE BUILDING, GUWAL PAHARI, GURGAON, INDIA.
Project engineer for MKG Consultant Plumbing & Fire Design team while
working with the renowned architect Design Plus. The project is being
developed by ASF infrastructure. This building is the part of ASF SEZ. The
development comprises of 2 basement and ground +15 storey green building.
Building has been design according to LEED India green building norms.

Culvert design, storm water strategy, sewage disposal & treatment, space

working with the renowned architect ANA design. The project is being
developed by Reliance. The development comprises of 1 basement and ground
+4 storey building.
