Dear Dr. Tadeo,

In the business world, a trade fair (trade show, trade exhibition or expo) is an exhibition
organized so that companies in a specific industry can showcase and demonstrate their latest
products, services, study activities of rivals and examine recent market trends and
opportunities. Generally, trade fair refers to a specific event and place where different sellers
displays their goods or products in order to benefit from the huge gathering of people. Unlike
in plain market, a trade fair is a fun way of selling products and helps one to acquire income
through investing. Thus, the money spent would not be wasted. Trade fairs provides
opportunities to develop and enhance entrepreneurial skills, which can be useful in life
productivity. In connection to this, with your evaluation and approval, the students of different
tracks of our Senior High School classes will conduct a “Trade Fair” as Culminating Activity
in Entrepreneurship on October 12, 2018 at SM Riverside (tentative venue) from 9:00am –
3:00pm.
Your favorable response to this matter will be very much appreciated.

Yours truly,

SHS Teacher II/School Planning Coordinator
