You are duly required to attend the Meeting of Hanley Castle Parish Council on Thursday, 19 th July
2018 in Hanley Swan Village Hall at 19:00.
Agenda
Closure of the meeting to allow parishioners present to speak on any matters relating to
the Parish.
3 Minutes: To consider the approval of the Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council
held on Thursday, 21st June 2018 (copy attached)
5 Finance:
a) To consider and APPROVE any payments notified in writing prior to the meeting.
b) To receive notification of receipts received.
c) Insurance Renewal received – 2nd year of a 3 year LTA.
6 Planning:
a) To Consider the following application referred by MHDC for consultation:
0814/RM Albion Lodge Hanley Reserved matters application for approval of appearance,
Swan Worcester WR8 landscaping, layout and scale for the erection of 24 extra-
0DN care apartments to the north east of the existing residential
care home known as Albion Lodge following the approval of
outline planning permission 17/00550/FUL on 12th
September 2018.

A Site Meeting with Modern Waste is trying to be arranged as they are unable to attend the
meeting. (Extension of time to 27th July has been given)

bedroom.
Parish Council was not consulted as the application was for Permitted Develop

11 Correspondence
a) Tara Cottage – Work to start imminently.
b) Lime Tree by Cross Hands - Quotation of £125 for work received
13 Councillors reports and items for future agenda: Each Councillor is requested to
use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the
agenda and to raise items for future agendas. Review of the Standing Orders
